Lead Generation Manager

Ternopil, remote

Luxinten is currently looking for a responsible Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Our specialization embraces: comprehensive eCommerce solutions, custom and pre-built Magento extensions, long-term technical support and maintenance for online stores.

Requirements:

  • Perfect spoken English and listening comprehension;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Friendly, can-do attitude :)
  • Handle rejection well; move on to the next touch points quickly;
  • Self-confidence;
  • Fast learner who can adapt to change;
  • Competitive dialer who also has a team attitude;


It would be a plus if you had:

  • Admin panel Magento 1 and 2 understanding;
  • Experience of working with LinkedIn, Jira, Hubspot CRM;
  • English level certificate;


Responsibilities:

  • Adding new leads to the CRM;
  • Sending cold-messages to the leads;
  • Answering clients’ basic questions in LinkedIn;
  • Transferring hot leads to Business Development Manager;
  • Setting appointments for Business Development Manager for proving presentations to customers;
  • Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past.
