PROJECT MANAGER

Luxinten is currently looking for a responsible Project Manager to join our fast-growing team. We are a bunch of professionals from Ukraine, who help businesses of all kinds and scales get along with their eCommerce. Our specialization embraces comprehensive eCommerce solutions, custom, and pre-built Magento extensions, long-term technical support, and maintenance for online stores.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in project management;
• Admin panel Magento 1 and 2 understanding;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Advanced level of English;
• Advanced level of German;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;

It would be a plus if you had:

• Development experience;
• Experience of working with Jira;

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Ensure resource availability and allocation;
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques;
• Report and escalate to management as needed;
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
