Head of Sales Department

Luxinten is currently looking for a responsible and energetic Head of Sales Department .
We are a bunch of professionals, who help businesses of all kinds and scales get along with their eCommerce. Our specialization embraces: comprehensive eCommerce solutions, custom and pre-built Magento extensions, long-term technical support and maintenance for online stores.
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of Sales Director, Head of Sales Department in the ecommerce for over 2 years in companies with 30+ employees;
- English — advanced;
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers;
- Experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting;
- Experience in building successful teams focused on results;
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals;
- Great communication, prioritization and planning skills, as well as conflict prevention and resolution skills;
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce market;
- Ability to build relationships with customers and partners;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
Responsibilities:
- Build a sales department, define processes, and engage in sales and customer acquisition;
- Create and implement effective sales strategies;
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis;
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and training to ensure high performance;
- Establish strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and market reach;
- Work closely with the marketing and tech team to ensure consistent and effective sales communications;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
