Lead Generation Specialist

Luxinten is currently looking for a responsible Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. We are a bunch of professionals from Ukraine, who help businesses of all kinds and scales get along with their eCommerce. Our specialization embraces comprehensive eCommerce solutions, custom, and pre-built Magento extensions, long-term technical support, and maintenance for online stores.
Requirements:
- Perfect spoken English and listening comprehension;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Friendly, can-do attitude :)
- Handle rejection well; move on to the next touch points quickly;
- Self-confidence;
- Fast learner who can adapt to change;
- Competitive dialer who also has a team attitude;
It would be a plus if you had:
- Admin panel Magento 1 and 2 understanding;
- Experience of working with LinkedIn, Jira, Hubspot CRM;
- English level certificate;
Responsibilities:
- Adding new leads to the CRM;
- Sending cold-messages to the leads;
- Answering clients’ basic questions in LinkedIn;
- Transferring hot leads to Business Development Manager;
- Setting appointments for Business Development Manager for proving presentations to customers;
- Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past;
