The solution

Though we didn’t develop the Magento website itself, we helped with the support and added a lot of plugins. We also made a dramatic improvement to the client’s website speed, which in turn has enhanced the online shopping experience of customers. This is aided by the team’s quick reaction time and willingness to extend work hours to fix both site-related issues and matters outside the scope.

The team of 5 people, and this includes the developers, manager and a designer has worked on optimization of the site, we also installed additional plugins, and made enhancements to the reporting and checkout functions. We now are providing ongoing support for the platform.
