Business Development Manager

Luxinten is looking for a responsible and energetic Business Development Manager. We are a bunch of professionals from Ukraine. Our specialization embraces: comprehensive eCommerce solutions, custom and pre-built

Magento extensions, long-term technical support and maintenance for online stores.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written;
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise;
  • Effective handling of the sales objections;
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary;
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence;
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
  • Understanding of IT industry and ecommerce would be a plus.
