Head of Sales Department

Ternopil, remote

Requirements:

  • Experience in the position of Sales Director, Head of Sales Department in the ecommerce for over 2 years in companies with 30+ employees;
  • English — advanced;
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers;
  • Experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting;
  • Experience in building successful teams focused on results;
  • Experience in preparing commercial proposals;
  • Great communication, prioritization and planning skills, as well as conflict prevention and resolution skills;
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce market;
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and partners;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;

Responsibilities:

  • Build a sales department, define processes, and engage in sales and customer acquisition;
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies;
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis;
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and training to ensure high performance;
  • Establish strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and market reach;
  • Work closely with the marketing and tech team to ensure consistent and effective sales communications;
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
