The first website for The British Home Store was launched on the ready Magento 2 theme within 3 weeks to be able to start sales quickly. But after that we’ve made a full restyling with focus on the UX/UI and on the customer experience for the users. For this we are using PayPal and Klarna as payment options, Next Day Delivery and other shipping methods for user comfort of delivery. We integrated also social media as a login option, feefo for the real reviews from the customers and also instagram feed was added on homepage.
BHS wished to sell their products on the Mirakl platform, with our integration the orders from Mirakl are processed on Magento side.
Also we’ve created a synchronization of flows and orders with the ERP system - Sparkstone. With our monthly support we are constantly upgrading Magento platform, extensions and improving the user flow, CLS and LCP, general performance and speed of the website.
