We started our cooperation by signing the SOW and the annual contract. During the first month, we also provided a technical audit along with recommendations and small improvements. One of the first key tasks Luxinten's team tackled was resolving issues with the integration of Magento and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. We also successfully upgraded the website to the latest version of Magento. Now, we continue to actively work on improving the website through monthly support. In addition, we have significantly improved the search and quick search functionality on the website, cut out unnecessary modules and functionality and improved server configuration.
Edmac's successful and mutually beneficial partnership with Luxinten has paved the way for ongoing collaborations with Edmac's global branches, including Edmac Europe, Edmac Australia and Edmac USA. Edmac USA: We have enhanced the interaction between Prophet 21 ERP and Salesforce CRM with Magento, ensuring a smoother and more efficient workflow. A technical audit was conducted on the project with the aim of improving the server’s technical overview, code refactoring, and enhancing the website’s security and performance.
Edmac Europe: We have been actively working on improving the integration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP with Magento and addressing any issues that have been identified. Among the key changes made to the projects are improvements to the search functionality and enhancements to the customer registration workflow on the website.
To allow users to find the required products and quickly create orders Quicksearch/Quick Order functionality was improved.
We continue to support and optimize the projects in terms of user experience, and integrations, enhancing existing functionality, resolving identified issues, and updating to the latest versions of Magento and its modules.
