The solution

The first website for Litecraft we have built on Mageto 1 platform but after a years of support an extensive migration to Magento 2 together with restyling was made. A great focus was made on the UX/UI and on the customer experience and comfort for the users. For this Click and Collect and Next Day Delivery and other shipping methods were configured. We integrated also social media as a login option, trustpilot for the real reviews from the customers and also instagram feed was added on homepage.

As Litecraft company are selling their products on marketplaces the orders from eBay and Amazon are processed by Magento with integration of the M2EPro module.

Also we’ve created a synchronization of flows and orders with the ERP system - Sparkstone. With our monthly support we are constantly upgrading Magento platform, extensions and improving the user flow, CLS and LCP, general performance and speed of the website.
