The Souren Furniture team wanted to perform Migration from Drupal to existing Magento 2 website and to improve the current Magento store with new UX design, Upgrade to the latest version, make the Performance Optimization and numbers of Integrations.

After a successful work of Luxinten team on the UX audit, the design ideas were agreed with customer for homepage, category and product page for both desktop and mobile resolution. The focus was on the improvement according to the UX best practices, on the quality of the customer products and on the long term of the family business. Also the customisations of Request a catalogue, checkout and other pages were provided to improve the overall user flow. The indicators of Google page speed insights have increased. After that complicated migration of all data in 3 languages was provided.
