Customer came with not finished migration from Zen Cart to Magento 2 based on the ready theme. We prepared a new custom design, proposed installation of needed extensions and to finish the automated data migration via Cart2Cart tool which wasn’t done properly.

Our next steps will be to work on the UX and designs implementation, SEO optimization and support.

To speed up the process of launch we agreed to do all basic work first, including migration of data, fix issues of theme, installation of extensions, configuration of multi language stores, shipping and payment methods and performance optimization without design implementation.
