We started from the deep investigation of the current platform, UX audit and the overview of key tasks and goals of the customer. The main focuses at that time were EDI system, different automation and the new checkout system, also customer required our recommendation for the conversion and performance optimization. The Luxinten team has renewed the site, updated Magento and Google Analytics, provided 24/7 Server support and tailored functions suited to a bespoke model.
A new user friendly design which we provided reflects the style of the company focusing on mobile-friendly, using the best practices of user experience and refreshing the look overall. We provided solutions for product page view together with complex custom options where the user can put all measurements he needs. We have redone the menu and header on mobile, home page layout to focus on banners and customer’s reviews, and new pages for different categories were designed.
